The A Crosstown Local is a rapid transit service in the B Division of the Potato City Subway. Its route logo, or "bullet," is colored navy blue since it is a part of the PID Blokaway Line in Cadland.

The A operates at all times except late nights between Breezy Point–Radoken Pier in Cadland and Hyperion–Steinway Streets in Krypton, making all local stops along the PID Blokaway Line in Cadland and the PID Crosstown Line in Krypton and Potatoburg. During late night hours, the C train, which runs express along the A route in Krypton and Potatoburg during daytime hours, makes all stops.

Automated announcements onboard modern A trains are voiced by Blox Russell.
