The 4 Newport Avenue Local and <4> Newport Avenue Express are two rapid transit services in the A Division of the Potato City Subway. Their route logos, or "bullets," are colored green since they are a part of the ART Newport Avenue Line in Potatoburg.

The 4 operates at all times between Worth Street in Cadland and South Broadway in Westpotat. Local service, denoted by a (4) in a circular bullet, operates at all times, while express service, denoted by a <4> in a diamond-shaped bullet, runs only during rush hours.

Automated announcements onboard modern 4 trains are voiced by Hamza Ridouane.
